What is your return policy?

Any new, unused item purchased on may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of your receipt date. Please review our full return policy prior to returning your item.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you are attempting to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service Department immediately.  Once our warehouse has fulfilled the order, we are unable to cancel it.

How do I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to perform online exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any or all of your purchased items, please first check availability on our site. If the preferred item is available, please place a new order and follow the return instructions to send back your original order.

How long will it take to process my refund?

 The refund will be processed within 7 business days receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items. The refund will be appeared on your Plustrendy Wallet normally.The balance in your account could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.

What if I received a defected or wrong item?

If you received a defected or wrong item,  you may contact us by submitting a ticket within 7 days of your receipt date.Please send us a description of the defection or wrong item code with a few photos. If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned. The refund request will also not be processed. 

Return Policy

  • Customer exchange/return must be initiated within 7 days of your receipt date listed on the order status. 
  • We hope you like the products you ordered, because there must be some difference between the picture and the object, so we do not accept the return without reason.
  • Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in original packaging,please return them according to the original package, without affecting the second sale..
  • The lingeriesets,bras,briefs,panties, shapewear, earrings, tights or simmilar intimate items and all clearance items are final sales.These cannot be exchanged, credited or refuned.
  • If the goods are damaged due to logistics transportation, please take photos at the first time to keep the evidence, and send us an email immediately. After confirmation, you can get a full refund of the value of the goods.
  • For the package products returned for non-seller reasons, the return freight shall be borne by the buyer.
  • You will find a form enclosed with ouremail of Return Merchandise Authorization. To return an item, complete the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
  • Once we receive your return please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.
  • Please allow a minimum of 1 billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. 
  • However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect or damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email or telephone, and we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us with standard shipping.
  • You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. Plustrendy not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
